<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-emissivity coated articles that have mechanical durability so that the coated article may be transported and subsequently heated without causing fogged coating by heating. <P>SOLUTION: The coated article includes (A) a substrate, (B) a first transparent layer deposited on the substrate by sputtering, which includes (i) a first transparent film comprising a first zinc stannate containing 10-90 mass% zinc and 90-10 mass% tin and (ii) a second electrical property-improving film which comprises a zinc oxide tin oxide film containing 60-90 mass% zinc and 40-10 mass% tin and is deposited on the first transparent film, and (C) an infrared reflecting film located on the first transparent layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
