PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive property testing method which enables the adhesive properties in the same state as in a state where an object, obtained by adhering a sealing material or the like to an adherend such as a building member coated with a primer or the like, is actually used to be simply and properly evaluated. SOLUTION: In the adhesive property testing method for evaluating adhesive properties by adding force to the adherend and the material to be tested adhered thereto, the primer is applied to the surface to be adhered of the adherend in coincidence with the adhesive surface of the adherend with the material to be tested.
