PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper control system and a wiper control device, which reduces wiping delay of wiper blades caused by power supply interruption when a vehicle is started without enlarging a body of a raindrop detection device. SOLUTION: The raindrop detection device 60 outputs wiping mode information selected by a wiping mode selection unit 62 to the wiper control device 50. The wiper control device 50 stores the wiping mode information output from a sensor-side mode information output unit 64 and outputs the stored wiping mode information to the raindrop detection device 60. When the raindrop detection device 60 is started, a wiping mode is selected based on the wiping mode information output from the wiper control device 50, and a wiper wiping command corresponding to the selected wiping mode is output to the wiper control device 50.
