PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold electronic equipment, by easily attaching-detaching the electronic equipment to a holder apparatus, in the holder apparatus of the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: This holder apparatus 1 includes a holder body having an insertion groove part for freely inserting the lower edge of portable electronic equipment 50 and having a holder side terminal 20 connected with an apparatus side terminal 57 when inserting the portable electronic equipment 50 into the groove bottom of the insertion groove part, a gripping mechanism 60 arranged in this holder body, projecting in the insertion groove part when inserting at least the portable electronic equipment 50 and freely gripping the portable electronic equipment 50, and a releasing mechanism 80 for releasing the gripping mechanism 60 and pushing away the portable electronic equipment 50 from the groove bottom of the insertion groove part for releasing the connection of the apparatus side terminal 57 and the holder side terminal 20.
