PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a nozzle plate plastically deforms so that bonding quality and reliability are deteriorated when forming holes being nozzles of the nozzle plate by press machining. SOLUTION: A nozzle row 12 constituted by arranging a plurality of nozzles 11 is formed in the nozzle plate 1, two recessed rows 13A, 13B constituted by arranging a plurality of recesses 13 aligned in parallel with the nozzle row 12 are arranged at opposite sides in a direction orthogonal to a nozzle arranging direction while sandwiching the center axis a of the nozzle line 12, the nozzles 11 and the concave parts 13 are formed by press machining.
