PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfort seat for relaxing people having burdens on the intervertebral disk because of continuous sitting for work or trip without applying burdens on the vertebral disk. SOLUTION: The comfort seat includes a backrest 1 for supporting the back of a user, a seat 2 on which the user is seated, and a base 3 for supporting the backrest 1 and the seat 2. A chest supporter 4 is disposed on the upper surface of the backrest 1, and the position of the chest supporter 4 can be adjusted in the vertical direction. An intermediate part of the seat 2 in the front and rear direction is rotatably supported to the base 3 by a seat spindle 8 extending in the lateral direction, and the lower end of the backrest 1 is journaled to the base 3 by a rotating shaft 6 extending in the lateral direction. A link is disposed to project upward at the rear end of the seat 2, and the front end of the link is pivoted to a position slightly lower than the center of the backrest 1 in the vertical direction by a link spindle 7 extending in the lateral direction. When the backrest 1 is reclined backward, the rear of the seat 2 is lowered and the front of the seat is raised around the seat spindle 8, so that the front of the seat serves as a leg-rest.
