The disclosed transfer device (5) transfers a small-scale transfer pattern (M1), formed in a mold (M), to a target work (W) to be molded. Said transfer device has a base member (47), a moving body (49), and a moving-body support (51). The base member (47) is provided with a pressing body (31). The moving body (49) is provided with a target-work placement body (33), which moves in concert with the pressing body (31) to press the mold (M) and the target work (W) together. The moving body (49) is provided on the base member (47) such that the target-work placement body (33) moves. The moving-body support (51), which is provided with a guide part (71), is integrated with the base member (47), engaging therewith only in a region of the base member (47), which elastically deforms a very small amount due to the reaction force created upon pressing, that exhibits a deflection angle of nearly zero.
