<p>A paper vacuum ink container comprises a container cylinder (1), a front cap (2) and a piston (6). The integral totally-enclosed front cap (2) is mounted on one end of the container cylinder (1), an annular ink outlet (4) is set on the outer end of the front cap (2), and threads (5) are formed on the annular peripheral wall of the ink outlet (4). The piston (6) is set on the other end of the container cylinder (1), and a conical projecting column (8) is set on the center of the front surface (7) of the piston to match the aperture of the ink outlet (4). At least one vent (9) is formed on the piston (6) body along the axial direction of the container cylinder (1), the inlet (58) of the vent (9) is located on the front surface (7) of the piston (6), and the front surface (7) of the piston (6) towards the front cap (2) is an arc surface. The paper vacuum ink container has a simple structure and perfect performance, ensures ink in vacuum during filling, storage and transportation, prevents ink drying and crusting, makes ink discharged cleanly and completely, enables energy saving and environmental protection, and has a firm structure to resist compression. It is convenient to use that the paper vacuum ink container can not only be used with an automatic pneumatic ink supplying device, but also be used with an electric ink supplying device, a manual lever ink supplying device or a propeller ink supplying device.</p> |
