<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practically very excellent method for producing boiled noodles, a method by which, for example, boiled buckwheat noodles are very easily dished up by a so-called hand arrangement that each mouthful amount of buckwheat noodles is dished up in a ring shape with twisting. <P>SOLUTION: Sheet-like noodle dough is carved long and slender to form multiple noodles 1. The multiple noodles 1 are placed in a basket 3 for boiling in which the noodles 1 can be placed parallel and arranged neatly in the axial direction.
