<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp forming device interlocked with opening/closing of an opening/closing cover and capable of moving a press between a retreating position and a pressing position. <P>SOLUTION: The stamp forming device 1 forms a stamp image on stamping material by performing exposure on a printing surface Ad.
