The present invention relates to a polyurethane composition for submarine cable protective tubing, which contains an inorganic powder and has improved density. More specifically, the polyurethane composition comprises: from 40 to 60 parts by weight of an isocyanate-based polymer; from 30 to 60 parts by weight of a polyol-based polymer; from 5 to 30 parts by weight of a chain extender; from 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of a catalyst; from 0.03 to 0.06 parts by weight of an antioxidant; from 0.04 to 0.1 parts by weight of an ultraviolet stabiliser; and from 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of a flame-retardant agent.
