<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal digital assistant with a simple configuration, which measures a degree of fatigue without neither consciousness nor pain in user and notifies the user of a fatigue state. <P>SOLUTION: The wristwatch type personal digital assistant includes: a near infrared ray irradiation part 11 for irradiation a human body with a near infrared ray; a fatigue analyzing part 12 for analyzing the degree of fatigue by analyzing an absorption spectrum with the use of reflection light after the irradiation of the near infrared ray from the near infrared ray irradiation part 11; and a control part 6 for performing control to notify the user of the analysis result of the degree of fatigue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
