PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send an aroma of essential oil to someone else through a medium, or to send the aroma of fresh essential oil, while keeping a fresh state, when the medium reaches someone else. SOLUTION: A method of preparing the medium with the aroma has the following steps: (1) fixing the aroma essence consisting of a Japanese paper, in which the essential oil is dropped and soaked, into the medium intended to transfer the aroma; and (2) placing the medium with the fixed aroma essence into a package of aroma, and of transferring the aroma into the whole medium at intervals of not less than 12 hours.
