<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by suitably inspecting an electrooptical device such as a liquid crystal device. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optic device includes: a plurality of pixel electrodes (9) arrayed along a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction; a data line block configured by a plurality of data line pairs provided with, by column, a pair of a first data line (6a) and a second data line (6b) which supply image signals respectively to a first pixel electrode group and a second pixel electrode group in one column of the plurality of pixel electrodes arrayed side by side in the first direction and extend in the first direction; an image signal supply means (7) for successively supplying, in a time sequential manner, the image signals by data line pair configuring the data line block from one end of the plurality of data line pairs; and an inspection voltage supply means (600) for separately supplying an inspection voltage to each of the first data line and the second data line by data line block from the other end of the plurality of data line pairs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
