PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum dot organic electroluminescent element and a method for forming the same. SOLUTION: The quantum dot organic electroluminescent element includes: a substrate 100; a first electrode layer 110 on the substrate 100; a plurality of quantum dot structures 120 including an organic electroluminescent layer on the first electrode layer 110; and a second electrode layer 130 on the quantum dot structure 120.
