PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk fixing device for holding a disk with a constant pressure, and stably fixing it with high precision. SOLUTION: The disk fixing device 1 has a turntable 10 and a disk fixing tool 50. The disk fixing tool 50 has a disk presser fitting 51, a fixing screw shaft 52 which penetrates the center of the disk presser fitting 51 and is provided so as to be moved, and a fixing tool pressing member 69 which presses the disk presser fitting 51 toward the turntable 10 side. The disk fixing tool 50 aligns a disk 100 mounted on an alignment mechanism 30 by pressing the disk 100 to the alignment mechanism 30 with pressing power of the fixing tool pressing member 69, and holds the disk 100 mounted on the alignment mechanism 30 with predetermined pressure in cooperation with the turntable 10.
