<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fused MHC molecule connecting magnetic fine particles for screening an antigen peptide in high efficiency and in high sensitivity and a method for screening an antigen peptide in high efficiency and in high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The fused MHC molecule connecting magnetic fine particles include magnetic fine particles derived from a magnetic bacterium, a magnetic fine particle membrane protein derived from a magnetic bacterium existing on the magnetic fine particle or its fragment, an α chain of MHC molecule or its fragment and a β chain or its fragment connected to the magnetic fine particle membrane protein or its fragment, and a fused MHC molecule that is arranged between them, contains a first linker peptide and has antigen peptide binding ability. The method for screening an antigen peptide includes contacting the fused MHC molecule connecting magnetic fine particles with a sample containing an antigen peptide and extracting the peptide bound to the fused MHC molecule connecting magnetic fine particles by the contact as an antigen peptide from the fused MHC molecule connecting magnetic fine particles after the contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
