<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file reading control system monitoring access to a file and preventing a leaked file from being illicitly read even when the file is leaked. <P>SOLUTION: An original file created by word processing software in information processing devices 21 and 22 is made to be a control program 50 to which file specifying information in creation and an execution code are added by a file management program 40. The control program 50 transmits a program ID of a file management program 40 and file specifying information to a document management server 10, and the document management server 10 records them in a database 30.
