PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can be miniaturized as a whole further than before, and by which a dead-angle area when imaging all directions can be narrowed. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: two lenses 2 and 3 having at least the angle of view with 180 degrees; two reflecting mirrors 6 and 7; and an imaging element 8. The two lenses 2 and 3 are arranged in a state where their back sides face each other, and the two reflecting mirrors 6 and 7 are arranged between the two lenses 2 and 3 so as to reflect, at a right angle, incident light made to be respectively incident through the two lenses 2 and 3 and emit the incident light to an imaging surface of the imaging element 8.
