PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a bending moment acting on an installation part of fixed frames, and to prevent positional dislocation of right/left folding-up rotary fulcrum holes caused by a processing error and an assembling error of a part. SOLUTION: When erecting an overturning protective frame 10 on the operation part front side of a traveling machine body 1, the overturning protective frame 10 includes a pair of right/left fixed frames 12 erected in both right/left side parts of the machine body and a movable frame 14 of a bottom-opened square shape in a front view collapsibly connected to an upper end part of the fixed frames 12. The right/left fixed frames 12 are respectively formed of a welding integral article having a folding-up rotary fulcrum hole 12a of the movable frame 14, and are installed on a machining surface formed in right/left side surface parts of a clutch housing 8.
