<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove burner and a cooking stove capable of improving thermal efficiency by recovering heat of a burner head, and using preheat of an air-fuel mixture before combustion and secondary air for combustion. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of radiation fins 10 faced into an annular air-fuel mixture chamber 3 during setting are provided on an outer peripheral surface of the burner head 5 set on the annular air-fuel mixture chamber 3. By this, when the burner head 5 is heated by flame F, heat conventionally being waste heat is radiated into the annular air-fuel mixture chamber 3, and the preheat of the air-fuel mixture before combustion can be used.
