PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make information for the standing position for an individual and the operating method or the like self-managed, and to improve the perfection accuracy of the playing and the performance of the marching band regarding the playing and the performance of the marching band. SOLUTION: This notebook, used by the marching band wherein a plurality of members take an organized action accompanying the progress of a music, is constituted of a plurality of sheets of individual refills 210 on which the same entry column is printed, a music piece entry column 211 which is printed on the individual refill 210, and on which a partial content of the music is written, an action entry column 212 which is printed on the same surface as the music entry column from among the individual refills and writes the transition of actions corresponding to the parts of the music written on the music piece entry column 211, and a holder section 30 which collectively holds the plurality of sheets of the refills 20.
