<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for crushing tallow lees and meat and bone meal, improving crushing efficiency of tallow lees and meat and bone meal in which animal hair exists, and crushing to fine powder so as not to give damage to pets. <P>SOLUTION: In this apparatus 1 for crushing an object to be crushed such as tallow lees and meat and bone meal, which keeps a cylindrical screen 11 formed with many hole or slit through holes 111 on a cylinder wall 112 and a rotary body 12 rotatably pivotally supported by radiately attaching a movable plate 122 to the screen arranged in a casing 101 so as to crush the object to be crushed, such as tallow lees and meat and bone meal, charged from an import port 102 of the casing 101, between the rotating movable plate 122 and the through holes 111 of the screen 11, the cylinder wall 112 is formed by a punching plate formed with the through holes 111 of 3-5 mm hole diameter, and the casing 101 is installed with an introduction port 107 for removing the object to be crushed, adhering to the inside of a crusher 10, by introducing pressed air in a pulse-like state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
