<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a boiled egg, rich in mineral, tastily eatable without anxiety, and supplementing mineral insufficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: boiling an egg; and then immersing the boiled egg in deep sea water at 5-10°C for ≥2 days.
