<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flat biometry sheet employing a method of printing a large sheet and then cutting it to form respective products, and to provide the products. <P>SOLUTION: The flat biometry sheet includes a mounting sheet and an enzyme reaction region. A conductive circuit formed by evaporation is disposed on the mounting sheet, and mutually conductive measuring electrode terminal and electrode circuit terminal are disposed at the front end and rear end of the conductive circuit, respectively. The enzyme reaction region is connected to the front end of the measuring electrode terminal. The manufacturing method includes: (1) a process of using a plastic film as the mounting sheet and forming a shadow mask by printing; (2) a process of forming a conductive plated layer by evaporation on the mounting sheet on which the shadow mask is printed; (3) a process of removing the conductive plated layer covering the shadow mask by a physical method and exposing the conductive circuit; (4) a process of disposing enzyme in the enzyme reaction region; and (5) a process of sticking an upper lid film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
