PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which can be performed while saving energy by utilizing the energy of a heating cooking means used in cooking depending on the condition when a cooked object is taken therefrom. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes a cooking chamber 101, the heating cooking means 102, 103, a control means 104, a cooking menu selecting means 105, a care and cleaning/menu selecting means 106, a care and cleaning-coupled menu registering means 107 for registering a care and cleaning menu in a cooking menu as a coupled menu, a cooked object taking-out detection means 108, taking-out environment detecting means 109, 110, and use energy estimating means 111. The control means 104 determines whether the care and cleaning menu is coupled and automatically executed according to a ratio of the use energy of the care and cleaning menu to be performed thereafter, estimated on the basis of the environment in taking out after termination of the cooking menu, to the amount in independently executing a care and cleaning menu, thus the care and cleaning menu is coupled after cooking on the basis of user's need, and energy-saving care and cleaning can be performed while utilizing remaining energy in taking out the cooked object.
