APPARATUS, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR PROCESSING INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect an evaluator's attribute indicating customer's attribute and reaction when determining the importance of a customer's request.

SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a presentation control means for presenting presentation information to which presenter attribute information indicating an attribute of a presenter presenting presentation contents is made to correspond; an attribute obtaining means for obtaining evaluator attribute information; an operation obtaining means for obtaining operation information indicating the contents of operation for giving marks to the presented contents; a correspondence means for making a pair of mark information concerned with the operation information and the evaluator attribute information obtained by the attribute obtaining means further correspond to the presentation information in each obtaining of the operation information; and a calculation means for calculating evaluation marks of the presentation information based on the mark information corresponding to the presentation information to calculate the evaluation marks by weighting the marks indicated by the mark information in accordance with the presenter attribute information corresponding to the presentation information and the evaluator attribute information making a pair with the mark information.
