<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing heel-and-toe wear while enhancing anti-hydroplaning performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, a plurality of blocks divided in a tire circumferential direction by a lateral groove are provided on a tread. A sipe 8 formed on the block includes: a narrow part 81 opened at a road surface; and a wide part 82 communicated with an inner side in a tire radial direction of the narrow part 81 and enlarged as compared with the narrow part 81. In the wide part 82, enlargement length WL1 at one side in a width direction WD is gradually increased from one end part E1 of the sipe 8 toward the othe end part E2, enlargement length WL2 at the other side in the width direction WD is gradually reduced, and variation of an angle is accompanied when it appears on a step surface by progress of wear. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
