PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of work for adjusting the position of, for example, a folding means. SOLUTION: A rolled web R comprises an adhesive sheet S which forms the inside of a closed loop-shaped notch Cu as a label L and a belt-shaped release sheet RL to one side of which the adhesive sheet S is bonded temporarily, and an adhesive sheet region located outside the notch Cu is made an unnecessary sheet E. A device 10 for preventing label co-rising has a receiving roller 12 for guiding the conveyance of the rolled web R and the folding means 13 which can bias the label L to the side of the release sheet RL while folding the unnecessary sheet E.
