<p>The assembly has a valve manifold (10) with a housing comprising a central mixing chamber and a lateral surface. Three diaphragm valves (86, 88, 90) have inlet or outlet openings corresponding to openings in valve connections (20, 40, 60). The inlet or outlet openings are flow technically connected with the openings in the valve connections. Each valve closes and/or opens a flow path between the openings in one of the three valve connections and the openings in one of the remaining valve connections.</p> |
