A biting projection 23 and the interfering projection 24 are formed on the elastic part 18. The biting projection 23 and the interfering projection 24 project from the elastic part 18. The biting projection 23 bites an inner surface of a hole of a dashboard. The interfering projection 24 interferes with a projection formed on the inner surface of the dashboard, and is disposed at a deeper side of the hole than the projection.
