PURPOSE: An automatic supplying device for medical supplies, an automatic calculating system with the same, and an automatic calculating method thereof are provided to prevent the emission of cost calculation due to the carelessness of a user by managing user information, used place information, usage history information, and so on. CONSTITUTION: A product loading unit(11) loads various medical supplies in an automatic supplier(10). A product selecting unit(12) receives the selection of necessary medical supplies from a user. A product ejecting unit(13) ejects the selected medical supplies from the product loading unit to the outside. A control unit(16) transmits a user ID and a patient ID of an ID input unit(14) and medical supplies information through a communications module(15) to the outside.
