FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of carbonisation furnace, wherein there is positioned processed object, of unit supplying gas for carbonisation into furnace of carbonisation, of device of optical emission connected with internal space of furnace and transmitting energy to furnace gas for generation of optical emission, of device receiving optical emission and of processing device which calculates composition of furnace gas on base of results of reception of optical emission with device receiving optical emission. ^ EFFECT: direct and accurate calculation of furnace gas state in furnace of carbonisation where treatment with vacuum carbonisation is carried out with high degree of repeatability. ^ 6 cl, 8 dwg |
