The equipment has a germination chamber (C) for receiving humidification water for seeds, and a rotor (R) freely and rotatably mounted in a frame or housing (B). The rotor is divided into multiple independent and peripheral germination compartments, where each germination compartment receives seed dose. Each germination compartment comprises a wall provided with perforations (24) to receive water dosage during passing of water under a water supplying device (G) delivering continuous flow in drop wise and generating rotation of the rotor by part-turn on the rotor.
