PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device and a bath heater device including a time stamp function difficult in presumption but capable of being canceled by a simple operation when it just receives a command. SOLUTION: In this bath heater device 1 in which an operation is set on the basis of an operating position of an operation knob 30, and the advent of an inspection time is displayed on a display section 5 by the time stamp function for notifying a user of the advent of the inspection time, the display of the display section 5 is canceled on the basis of conditions that the operation knob 30 is set on a prescribed position excluding an operation stop position, and power supply to a control section 6 is started in this condition.
