PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI that allows a user to grasp the transition of operating states of a plurality of power domains without using a measuring instrument. SOLUTION: The LSI includes a plurality of power domains formed by dividing functions in the LSI in order to reduce standby power, and a control part having a memory. One of the plurality of power domains is a CPU. The control part monitors power states of the plurality of power domains so as to record the power states of the plurality of power domains and their times in the memory. The history of the power states of the plurality of power domains and the times are recorded in the memory. Consequently, a user can grasp the transition of the power states of the plurality of power domains by verifying information recorded in the memory without using a measuring instrument.
