<p>A female die rotation upsetting press includes a rotatable female die seat (8), female dies evenly distributed in the female die seat (8), a guiding post (41) fixed on the female die seat (8), sliding grooves (42) provided in the guiding post (41), friction slide blocks (43) provided in the sliding grooves (42), an ejector pin limitation stopper (40) fixed on the press body, an adjusting mechanism for the ejector pin limitation stopper, and an article ejecting mechanism just provided at the position corresponding to the female die from which the article is ejected. The article ejecting mechanism includes an ejector rod (38) in contact with an ejector pin (39). An occupying hole (61) is formed on the ejector pin limitation stopper (40) at the matching position to the ejector rod (38). An operating method of the female die rotation upsetting press consists in that the ejector pin (39) revolves concurrently with the female die seat (8) and the ejector pin limitation stopper (40) immobilizes during rotation of the female die seat (8). The female die rotation upsetting press allows the article ejecting mechanism to be provided just at the ejection position, and allows the female die seat to rotate without separating the ejector pin from the female die seat, so as to easily realize quick upsetting and improve working efficiency.</p> |
