Provided is a high-frequency switch including a switching unit for a defected ground structure (DGS). The high-frequency switch includes: a first DGS switching unit connected to a signal path between a first port and a second port; and an auxiliary function unit connected to the signal path. The first DGS switching unit includes: a dielectric; a first conductor formed on one surface of the dielectric and connected to the signal path; a second conductor formed on the other surface of the dielectric and having an internal DGS; and a first diode formed on the other surface of the second conductor and connected to the second conductor.
