<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3D video display device for continuing 3D display without feeling a sense of incongruity and a sense of fatigue with the 3D display even when environment between a display screen and the viewer changes because it is not established that the viewer frequently confronts and gazes at only the screen in the case of performing the 3D display on a domestic TV while the viewer frequently confronts and gazes only at the screen after starting viewing such that a distance between the screen and the viewer is fixed in use for a movie theater, a game machine, or the like in the conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor 150 photographs a display part 130, calculates a distance from a display 10 by measuring the size of the display part 100 from the obtained image data, increases a convergence angle between a display image for the left eye and a display image for the right eye when the distance is near, and decreases the convergence angle when the distance becomes far. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
