PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film splicing device capable of nipping a thin film formed on a carrier film by coating, stabilizing a peeling position by determining it at the nip position, peeling the thin film without causing defective peeling such as zipping, removing an uncoated part on which the thin film is not formed, and continuously webbing thin-film units by automating the creation of the opportunity of separation so that the length of the thin film can be increased by automatically splicing two or more thin films. SOLUTION: The film/thin-film separating and continuous thin-film splicing device includes a system for determining the peeling position of a thin film formed on a carrier film by coating at the nip position, adjusting a peeling angle, and peeling the thin film and a suction system for a peeling roller which creates the opportunity of the peeling of the start end of the thin film of a subsequent thin-film unit, removes the uncoated part, and continuously joins the thin-film units for webbing.
