<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic coating liquid causing little degradation of adhesiveness of a substrate and the photocatalytic layer, exhibiting high photocatalytic action, having inconspicuous gloss and having excellent dispersibility for forming the photocatalytic layer, and to provide an article provided with the photocatalytic layer and produced by coating the substrate with the coating liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The photocatalytic coating liquid includes (A) a photocatalytic material, (B) amorphous Zr-O particles, (C) matting particles having a particle diameter of 100 nm to 1 μm, and (D) a dispersion medium. The content of (B) amorphous Zr-O particles is preferably 3-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total solid components in the photocatalytic coating liquid, and the content of (C) matting particles is preferably 5-65 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total solid components in the photocatalytic coating liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
