PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing an electric motor, capable of filling resin materials, without increasing the manufacturing time. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the electric motor part 12 includes: an arranging process that arranges a precursor 41 of the electric motor part 12 in a molding space 48; a filling process that fills resin fluid into the molding space 48; and a curing process that cures the resin fluid. In addition, in the charging process, the resin fluid is charged into at least one slot 23 of multiple slots 23 toward one end side (end side where a commutator 19 is arranged) from the other end side (end side where no commutator 19 is arranged) in the rotary axis direction of an armature 17 via a gate 54 facing the slots 23 in the axis direction.
