The invention relates to a ceramic cooking utensil (10), especially optimised for using on an induction hob (14). Said utensil comprises a ceramic recipient (11) and an outer base (13) to which a layer (12) of a coating based on silver powder is applied. The invention is characterised in that the layer is deposited in a geometric shape configured in such a way as to optimise the magnetic properties of the silver powder by homogeneously distributing a heating power over the recipient, supplied by the induction hob, a thickness (18) of the layer being defined according to the maximum heating power to be reached by the base of the recipient. |
