<p>A digital transmitting and/or receiving apparatus is provided, in which a digital transmitting apparatus may include a first coder which codes a first layer data to add a first parity, a multiplexer which adds a second layer data to the first layer data to which the first parity is added, a second coder which does a data outputted from the multiplexer to add a second parity, and a modulator which modulates the data to which the second parity is added and outputs the resultant data. Accordingly, a receiving apparatus with a simpler structure can be provided.</p> |
