The caquelon (5) has a star-shaped fan system arranged approximately around a stainless steel bar. A heatproof handle (1) is screwed on the steel bar and equipped as a temperature gauge with an appropriate indication of a temperature scale. A star-shaped fan (3) is fastened to a lower end of the steel bar and detachably screwed in a stainless steel metal bar (2). The fan with certain dead weight and height is coated with Teflon(RTM: PTFE). An external thread (4) is attached at a lower part of the fan. An internal thread (6) is attached in a caquelon base.
