<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing machine that enables reduced oil-on-copy, eliminates the bulky and expensive release agent management system, and also provides a direct cleaning to the surface of the fuser roll. <P>SOLUTION: The printing machine includes a fuser roll 462 for fusing an electrostatic image on a printing medium and a device for applying a cleaning agent to the fuser roll 462. The device includes: a driving mechanism for rotating a supply reel 330 with a web material 210 to the fuser roll 462; a metering channel 230 including a plurality of apertures 245, 247, which are adapted to dispense by dripping the cleaning agent on the web material 210; a take up reel 215 for winding the web material 210 after the material extends to be engaged with the fuser roll 462; and at least one cleaning agent applying roller 225 mounted to rotate between the take up reel 215 adjacent to the supply reel and the fuser roll 462. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
