<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension function that cannot be obtained by extension function only by plug-in or only by filter processing function. <P>SOLUTION: The printer driver to be cooperated with plug-in includes: a filter processing unit which performs, when predetermined data related to the plug-in is detected in data from an application, filter processing to add a plug-in setting corresponding to the predetermined data to a print setting data structure; and a drawing post-processing unit which delivers the filter-processed print setting data structure to a drawing unit of the plug-in, and generates print data based on addition data generated by the drawing unit of the plug-in on the basis of the print setting data structure and the data filter-processed by the filter processing unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
