<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine wherein it is possible to enhance the utilization factor of a belt-like conductive member, ensure the hold the stability of a coiled portion, and reduce the axial length of a motor for size reduction, a rotary electric machine for electric power steering devices using the rotary electric machine, and an electric power steering device. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotary electric machine, a predetermined number of teeth 9b protruded from a yoke 9a in the radial direction are provided on a stator core 8 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The rotary electric machine includes the belt-like conductive member 12 for wiring coils 11 wound on these teeth 9b. The belt-like conductive member 12 includes a belt-like conductive member body 15 and coil housing portions 16 for housing the wired portions of the coils, formed flush with the belt-like conductive member body 15.
