PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced composite material with the use of nanofibers formed of the same type of a resin as the matrix resin in order to improve the mechanical properties of various thermoplastic resin molded products, particularly sheets and thin molded products. SOLUTION: The composite material is produced by laminating fibers made of a thermoplastic resin which are obtained by the electrospinning process and meets specific requirements on a thermoplastic resin sheet and when the fibers made of a resin composed of thermoplastic resin B having a moldable temperature (T<SB>B</SB>°C) as a thermoplastic resin is compounded with the sheet composed of a thermoplastic resin A (moldable temperature: T<SB>A</SB>°C), it is effective to conduct molding under the condition of T<SB>A</SB><T<SB>P</SB><T<SB>B</SB>as the manufacturing temperature (T<SB>P</SB>°C).
