<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and efficiently provide data transmission in order to optimize use of a limited communication resource. <P>SOLUTION: A first type data packet transmitted through a random access communication channel of a wireless cellular communication system and a second type data packet to be transmitted through the same random access communication channel are distinguished, thereby, the first and second data packet types are enabled to share a common random access channel set in common through channel coding of various types. This eliminates the necessity to separate the random access channel set by data packet types, thereby, a probability of collision of data packets reduces. A backward interchange ability with a legacy base station dealing with only the first data packet type is maintained because of being unnecessary for change to the first data packet type. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
